Updated: Dec 24, 2020

Did you know?

Vegetarian refers to someone who abstains from consuming forms of meat, such as red meat, poultry, pork, and seafood.

Vegan refers to someone who avoids the exploitation of all animal by-products as a lifestyle, including food, fashion, and beauty. Vegans abstain from consuming forms of meat (similar to vegetarians), and in addition do not consume any forms of dairy nor any eggs.

Plant-Based refers to someone's dietary preference, specifically adherence to either a vegetarian or vegan diet.
