Sodexo, food services company for over 600 universities and colleges across North America, has identified top university dining trends. One of the top trends is the availability of plant-based options. According to Sodexo's press release, "Students want food that supports a healthy environment and diet." These same students - accustom to plant-based choices - will be entering the workforce and continuing to expect plant-based options.
