The Jain Center of Southern California (JCSC) is the first Jain society in America (and third in the world) to commit to serving fully vegan Jain food, starting in January 2019.
The JSCS took this step as it aligns with Jainism's central tenet of non-violence (ahimsa) and supports improved human health.
